Explanation of the composition
‡ IE/IU = International Units. IE/IUs are only used for vitamins A, D and E. The exact definition of 1 IE/IU varies per substance and is established in international agreements.
†RI stands for Reference Intake and replaces the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance). RI is a guideline for the intake of vitamins and minerals in particular. RI and ADH are equal in number.

Every Day Mama Tablets
The Every Day Mama multivitamin is specially tailored to the needs of women who want to conceive, are expecting, or are breastfeeding. This is reflected, for example, in the dosages of folic acid, B12, D3, and iron. Vitals Every Day Mama contains only vitamins and minerals in the highly absorbable bioactive form.
Bioactive forms
Every Day now contains, among other things, the biologically active forms of B2 and B12. The formula already contained B12 in the form of methylcobalamin, but now also adenosylcobalamin. Additionally, use is made of Quatrefolic®, the superior, body-identical form of folic acid (5-methyltetrahydrofolate) bound to (plant-based) glucosamine salt. This is the most stable form of 5-MTHF with the highest bioavailability.
Vitamin K2, P5P and balanced B Vitamins
Furthermore, Vitals uses both the effective vitamin K2 alongside vitamin K1.
Vitamin B6 is in the safe and easily absorbable P5P form.
Vitamin K2 is good for the heart, blood vessels, and bones, and P5P is the active form of vitamin B6. Every Day Multi is one of the few multivitamins that contain these superior vitamins.
Updated Formula
The composition of Elke Dag Mama Tablets has recently been revised based on new scientific insights, the latest food consumption surveys, and regulatory developments. The dosage of several vitamins and minerals has been adjusted accordingly. Furthermore, mixed tocopherols and lutein have been added. Manganese and citrus bioflavonoids are no longer included in this formula.
