Living Nutrition was founded by naturopath Graham Botfield. With his knowledge of traditional medicine, the use of herbs and mushrooms in naturopathy, and more than 12 years of experience in product design and development, Graham focuses his research on fermented foods and herbs.
Kefir‑kombucha
Living Nutrition ferments herbs with a kefir‑kombucha culture, using unique micro‑organisms. Fermentation naturally enhances the bioavailability of the herbs and mushrooms, resulting in high‑quality products.
Once fermentation is complete, a precision freeze‑drying process secures the entire living nutrient matrix of nutrients, enzymes and microbes.
