Explanation of the composition
‡ IE/IU = International Units. IE/IUs are only used for vitamins A, D and E. The exact definition of 1 IE/IU varies per substance and is established in international agreements.
†RI stands for Reference Intake and replaces the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance). RI is a guideline for the intake of vitamins and minerals in particular. RI and ADH are equal in number.

Take one tablet per day during a meal with a glass of water.
Stick to the recommended daily dosage, unless advised otherwise.

Every Day 50+
Every Day 50+ is specially formulated for men and women over the age of 50. Every Day 50+ contains no copper and iron.
Every Day 50+ contains 85 mg choline, 150 mg calcium and 100 mg magnesium from the sea (Aquamin®) and 200 mg vitamin C per tablet.
Every Day 50+ contains 150 mcg of vitamin B12 in the biologically active forms of methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin and 300 mcg of active folate in the superior form of 5-methyltetrahydrofolate bound to glucosamine salt (Quatrefolic®).
Every Day 50+ contains 45 mcg K1 (phytomenadione) and no less than 90 mcg vitamin K2. (K2Vital® Delta) and a high dose of 35 mcg vitamin D3 from vegetable source.
Every Day 50+ also contains vitamin A, vitamin B2 and lutein, zeaxanthin and meso-zeaxanthin. Finally, Q10, alpha lipoic acid, pterostilbene and PQQ have been added

*For those who prefer to swallow capsules, there is also the Every Day 50+ Capsules . However, these contain less calcium and magnesium than the tablets.
Updated Formula
The formula of Elke Dag 50+ Tablets has recently been revised based on new scientific insights, the latest food consumption surveys, and regulatory developments. The dosages of several vitamins and minerals have been adjusted accordingly. Furthermore, lycopene and a highly absorbable form of silicon have been added. Manganese and PQQ are no longer included in this formula.
