Calcium and Magnesium
Like in all multi products with al daily dose of 1 to 2 capsules, nutrients like calcium and magnesium are present to a limited extent (resp. 52 en 20 mg). This is becaise both calcium en magnesium take up a lot of space. If you have an increased need for these minerals, it is advisable to take them separately as a standalone calcium-magnesium product.
