How does DMAE work?
DMAE (dimethylaminoethanol) occurs naturally in fish such as sardines and anchovies. It can be converted into choline and is therefore a precursor to the neurotransmitter acetylcholine.
It is a substance widely prescribed by therapists. Experiences with DMAE are good.
DMAE is often used together with pycnogenol.
