Explanation of the composition
‡ IE/IU = International Units. IE/IUs are only used for vitamins A, D and E. The exact definition of 1 IE/IU varies per substance and is established in international agreements.
†RI stands for Reference Intake and replaces the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance). RI is a guideline for the intake of vitamins and minerals in particular. RI and ADH are equal in number.

Synergistic Support for Bones
Osteo Synergy contains calcium from a plant-based source (algae) for better absorption and because of the naturally occurring marine trace minerals in Aquamin®.
The silicon in the formula comes from patented Bloosil® bamboo extract, which improves the solubility and bioavailability of silicon.
Vitamin D3 (D3V®) and K2 (K2VITAL™) are both patented and round out the formula.
All ingredients are plant-based, so this product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
