Suggested use
Take 1 level scoop (10.85 grams) daily with a meal. Mix with water (approx. 200 ml) or another liquid. The fibers can also be added to (hot or cold) food if necessary.

Ultimate Fibre Blend
This broad-spectrum fiber blend from Vitals contains 4 different plant fibers, all patented. First, the highly rated Sunfiber® fiber from fermented guar beans. Next, a complex of baobab and acacia fibers called Inavea™ and a new patented fiber from carrot pulp from Dutch origin: Benicaros®.
The fibers are readily soluble in water and have a neutral taste.
