Suggested use
Take 1 tablet (morning formula) at breakfast and 1 tablet (evening formula) 2 hours before bedtime.
Stick to the recommended daily dosage, unless advised otherwise.

The formula uses pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P-5-P), the active and highly absorbable form of vitamin B6. The dosage of 3 mg remains well below the safe upper intake level.

Folate and vitamin B12 normally require conversion before the body can use them. This formula includes active forms, 5-MTHF for folate and methylcobalamin plus adenosylcobalamin for vitamin B12, allowing direct use by the body.
