Explanation of the composition

Usage advice
Suggested use
Take 1 tablet (morning formula) at breakfast and 1 tablet (evening formula) 2 hours before bedtime.
This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 1 year of age (legally required statement for products up to 3 mg vitamin B6 per daily dose).
Stick to the recommended daily dosage, unless advised otherwise.
