Multivitamin for mothers during pregnancy and breastfeeding

Multi Day & Night Mama is a vegan multivitamin developed for women who want to become pregnant, are pregnant, or are breastfeeding. Folate dosage as recommended during pregnancy

Multi Night Mama supports recovery during sleep. The formula contains nutrients important during pregnancy, including vitamin D, vitamin C, and iron. Beta-carotene acts as a safe precursor of vitamin A, while calcium from red algae supports mineral intake.

Vitamin D supports maintenance of strong bones, immune function, muscle function, and dental health. Vitamins D and K work together to support calcium absorption and bone formation.

Plant-based vitamin D3

The vitamin D3 in this formula comes from algae, making it fully plant-based. With a daily dose of 20 micrograms, separate vitamin D supplementation is often unnecessary.
