Suggested use
Mix 1 scoop (25 g) with 400 ml of water in a shaker cup 1-3 times a day. Shake for 10 seconds and allow to rest for 5 minutes.

Different types of protein powders
There are several types of protein powders. Vegan options often use pea, rice, or bean protein. Whey protein powders come from whey, a byproduct of cheese with a naturally high protein content. The English term for whey is widely used.
From whey concentrate to whey isolate
Whey comes in different forms, such as concentrate, isolate, and hydrolyzed isolate. To produce Clear Whey, lactose, fats, and carbohydrates are filtered out of whey concentrate. This process results in whey isolate with a high protein content.
Improved absorption through hydrolysis
The whey isolate then goes through hydrolysis. Enzymes break the proteins into smaller parts and pre-digest them. The result is hydrolyzed whey isolate with improved absorption.
Better solubility
Hydrolysis also improves solubility. A few shakes of your shaker bottle create a clear and refreshing protein drink.
Easier digestion than regular shakes
Lactose is a sugar found naturally in milk and dairy. Whey concentrate contains lactose, but most lactose is removed during the production of whey isolate. Clear Whey Isolate contains less than 0.2% lactose. This makes the drink easier to digest than regular protein shakes.
Complete amino acid profile
All protein sources contain amino acids, but the ratios can differ. Proteins with a complete amino acid profile provide amino acids in ratios that match human needs. Some proteins contain lower amounts of certain essential amino acids, which makes their profile less complete.

Combine with creatine and carbohydrates

Essential amino acids and BCAA
The body needs 20 amino acids. It can produce some on its own, but nine amino acids must come from food. The proteins in Clear Whey Isolate consist of 47% essential amino acids.
Three key essential amino acids are the BCAA leucine, isoleucine, and valine. Clear Whey Isolate contains 23% BCAA in the well-known 2:1:1 ratio.

300 milliliters coconut water or pineapple juice

100 milliliters sparkling water
Slice of lime
Mix the coconut water or pineapple juice with Clear Whey Tropical and let it rest for 5 minutes. Top with sparkling water and a slice of lime.
Tip: pineapple juice contains sugar. For the highest protein percentage, choose coconut water.
Pink Lemonade spritzer
300 milliliters water
200 milliliters rose lemonade
1 scoop Clear Whey Pink Lemonade (25 grams)
Crushed strawberries
Slice of lemon
Fill a glass with crushed strawberries and ice. Add Clear Whey Pink Lemonade mixed with water, rose lemonade, and a slice of lemon.
Tip: add sparkling water as a sugar-free option.
