Thorne Women's Daily Microbiome Formula is a specialty product for oral use developed for women. It contains exclusively stable bacterial strains from specialist Chr. Hansen.
Microbiome
The word microbiome comes from Greek and literally means: small-life system. We mainly use the word to refer to all the micro organisms that live on and in the body, such as in the intestines and vagina. The species of lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus is an important part of this.
Patented bacterial blends
The product contains a combination of the patented ASTARTE™ and UREX®, two proprietary blends, each consisting of complementary and synergistic Lactobacillus bacterial strains. Extensive research has been conducted into the specific combinations that make up these blends.
The product also contains the strains Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus acidophilus.
Each capsule of Women's Daily Microbiome Formula contains no fewer than 8 different strains, totaling 10 billion CFUs (colony-forming units), tailored to the specific daily needs of women.
Convenience of use
The standard dosage is 1 capsule per day taken orally , and the product is stable at room temperature. It does not need to be stores in the refrigerator.
