Ingredients Filler (safflower oil), softgel (gelatin (bovin), glycerin).

†RI stands for Reference Intake and replaces the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance). RI is a guideline for the intake of vitamins and minerals in particular. RI and ADH are equal in number.
