Usage advice
Suggested use
Dissolve 1 level teaspoon daily in water, plant-based yogurt, juice, or mix it into a bottle. Preferably taken in the evening.
Note: First add the powder to a glass, then add water.
Stick to the recommended daily dosage, unless advised otherwise.
