Mattisson Kefir 13 billion CFU contains 13 billion colony-forming units of lactic acid bacteria, yeasts, streptococcus and other bacteria per vegetarian capsule, from freeze-dried kefir powder.
Coconut blossom sugar and coconut flour have been added to the kefir powder for prebiotic effect.
