Usage advice
Suggested use
Take 1 heaped teaspoon (approx. 5 g) once daily with a meal.
Dissolve the powder in a shaker bottle with water, smoothie or yogurt.

This patented organic chicory is rich in prebiotic natural fibers. About 70% consists of the fructo-oligosaccharide inulin.
The powder has a naturally slightly sweet, slightly bitter taste and can be easily dissolved in water or other beverages, or added to smoothies, yoghurt or soup.
