Usage advice
Suggested use
Dissolve 10 grams of powder (1 generous tablespoon) in water, fruit juice or mix into a SuperSmoothie 1-3 times daily. Take preferably half an hour before meals.
Stick to the recommended daily dosage, unless advised otherwise.
