Usage advice
Suggested use
Dissolve 1 to 2 generous tablespoons (approx. 10–20 grams) once a day in 200 ml of water or a smoothie. Take it preferably half an hour before a meal.
Do not take simultaneously with medication. Wait at least 1–2 hours before taking any medication.
Stick to the recommended daily dosage, unless advised otherwise.
A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Nutritional supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet.
