Ingredients Extra virgin olive oil (Olea europaea), capsule shell (bovine gelatin, glycerol, water, colouring (caramel)), vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

Explanation of the composition ‡ IE/IU = International Units. IE/IUs are only used for vitamins A, D and E. The exact definition of 1 IE/IU varies per substance and is established in international agreements.

†RI stands for Reference Intake and replaces the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance). RI is a guideline for the intake of vitamins and minerals in particular. RI and ADH are equal in number.

Vitamin D3 & K2

Bonusan Vitamin D3 & K2 contains a basic dose of both vitamin D and vitamin K, based on scientific evidence. The softgels contain 25 mcg of vitamin D in the form D3 and 37,5 mcg of vitamin K as K2, in patented K2VITAL® form.

Extra virgin olive oil as a base

Because both vitamin D and vitamin K are fat-soluble, they are best absorbed from a fat matrix. Bonusan has chosen extra virgin olive oil because it is rich in unsaturated fatty acids and low in omega-6. That is better for your fatty acid balance.

Easy to use

The small, easy to swallow softgels are perfect for use as a basic supplement, but also as part of a therapeutic program. The recommended dosage of one softgel per day is best taken during or right after a meal.
