Smeets & Graas uses Trustpilot for its website reviews. Trustpilot is a leading, internationally operating company in Internet reviews.

Reviews are regularly in the news in a negative way: they are often tampered with and reviews often turn out to be fake or purchased. Because reviews are widely used by customers and can in principle be very useful, abuse is very bad

Incentives for abuse are, for example, companies that have thousands (or more) of reviews with few or no negative reviews. With such numbers, this is actually impossible. Something always and everywhere goes wrong (including us) and there is always someone angry or dissatisfied. Furthermore, the use of typical marketing language in reviews may indicate that they are automatically generated.

This is also the reason we chose Trustpilot. They have strict rules for participating businesses and carry out constant checks.

For example, we can't change anything about a review or make a review invisible. We are only allowed to respond to reviews. Even invitations for a review - which are sent with every order - we cannot withdraw.

No product reviews

This is also the reason we do not ask for reviews on individual products. We are bound by the European Claim Legislation that determines what you can, and especially cannot, say about the health effects of dietary supplements. Even texts in reviews - which will appear on the website - fall under this legislation.

And because we have no control over what appears in reviews, we don't do that at all.

High score

The maximum score you can give us at Trustpilot is a 5. Meanwhile, we have received more than 3,000 reviews and currently (January 2022) we stand at an average score of 4.9!

We are of course quite proud of this and are of course very happy that you rate us so highly.

With this score we are in 1st place at Trustpilot in the categories Vitamin and Supplements Store and Fitness and Nutrition Service.
