Vuzïmo's Magnesium Duo contains 100 mg of magnesium in a rapidly absorbed glycinate form and a marine-derived sustained-release form. This ensures that the magnesium's effects are spread out more evenly throughout the day.
The marine form of magnesium is the patented Simag® magnesium oxide derived from purified seawater.
