Suggested use
First week one gram per day, second week two grams per day, then three grams per day. Take with a meal with a little water or fruit juice.

MSM powder
MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is organically bound sulfur. It is the biologically active form of sulfur that occurs naturally in all living organisms.
Sulphur is mainly found in protein-rich tissues. It is, among other things, a component of connective tissue, red blood cells, muscles, skin, hair and nails and of the sulphur-containing amino acids methionine and cysteine.
Sulphur is involved in the formation of bile acids and is part of the B -vitamins thiamine and biotin.
