MSM 1000 mg
MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is organically bound sulphur: the form in which sulfur occurs naturally in all living organisms and is biologically active. Sulfur is mainly found in protein-rich tissues.
It is among other things a component of connective tissue, red blood cells, muscles, skin, hair and nails and of the sulphur-containing amino acids methionine and cysteine.
Sulfur bridges are important for the spatial structure of enzymes. Sulfur is involved in the formation of bile acids and is part of the B vitamins thiamine and biotin.
