Trio Platinum
This product combines the well-known strains Lactobacillus acidophilus, LA-5 and Bifidobacterium lactis, BB-12 and Lactobacillus rhamnosus, GG, the last being the most well-known by far. This created a superior trio. Microbiol Trio Platinum contains 15 billion cfu (colony forming units, or the number of viable bacteria that are able to multiply and form a colony). Also available as Microbiol Trio Basic with 3 billion cfu.
Excipients Modified
The composition of this product has been changed. The rice starch has been replaced by acacia gum as an anti-caking agent. The Pullulan capsule (made from fermented cassava starch) has been replaced by a vegetable capsule made from hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. This capsule features delayed release for extra protection of the bacterial culture.
