Explanation of the composition
‡ IE/IU = International Units. IE/IUs are only used for vitamins A, D and E. The exact definition of 1 IE/IU varies per substance and is established in international agreements.
†RI stands for Reference Intake and replaces the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance). RI is a guideline for the intake of vitamins and minerals in particular. RI and ADH are equal in number.
Usage advice
Suggested use
Children from 3 years: 1 scoop (3.3 grams) per day. Adults: 2 scoops (6.6 grams) per day. Mix the powder with water, fruit juice, or yogurt. Stir well and consume immediately. Stir the powder in the container regularly to ensure it remains well mixed.
Stick to the recommended daily dosage, unless advised otherwise.
A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Nutritional supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet.

Storage advice Store in a cool, dry and dark place. Not in the refrigerator.
After opening, preferably use within 4 months. A measuring scoop is included.

Everyday Powder
Most powdered multi's consist of a (large) portion of sugars and/or contain artificial sweeteners to enhance the taste. The uniqueness of Every Day Powder is that the taste of the vitamins and minerals is neutralized by only apple powder, from unsprayed apples.
The product contains no other ingredients.
The product further contains no sugar, no other sweeteners, no synthetic flavors, fragrances or colors, no preservatives, nor any other excipients.
Unique Composition
Every Day Powder is also distinguished by the composition and chosen compounds of the vitamins and minerals. For example, this formula contains vitamin K2, the biologically active forms of vitamins B2, B6, B12 and uses a superior, body-own form of folate (Quatrefolic®*).
The vitamin C consists of the non-acidic, highly absorbable forms of calcium and magnesium ascorbate. The minerals consist of highly absorbable, organic compounds.
For Young and Old
The formula is formulated so that at 1 scoop per day it is suitable for young children aged 1 year and older and at 2 scoops per day for adults.
Updated Formula
The composition of Every Day Powder has recently been revised based on new scientific insights, the latest food consumption surveys, and regulatory developments. The dosage of several vitamins and minerals has been adjusted accordingly. Copper, manganese, citrus bioflavonoids, and meso-zeaxanthin are no longer included in this formula. Furthermore, the taste of the powder has been improved; it tastes and smells even more neutral, without the addition of flavorings or sweeteners.
