Vitamin K2 supports normal blood clotting and bone health
Vitamin K2, also known as menaquinone, supports several important processes in the body. It contributes to normal blood clotting and supports calcium incorporation into bones. This function helps maintain strong bones.

Different forms of vitamin K
Vitamin K exists mainly as vitamin K1 and vitamin K2. Vitamin K1 occurs mainly in leafy vegetables such as spinach, endive, and kale. Vitamin K2 occurs in small amounts in animal products such as dairy, eggs, and meat, and in fermented foods such as natto.
Why vitamins D and K work well together
Vitamin D3 and K2 work together in calcium metabolism. Vitamin D3 increases calcium absorption from food but does not determine where calcium is stored. Vitamin K2 helps direct calcium into bones, where it is needed. Together, these vitamins support strong bones and proper calcium use in the body.

Vitamin D in the best absorbed form
Vitamin D exists as ergocalciferol (D2) from plant sources and cholecalciferol (D3) from animal sources. Vitamin D3 matches the form the body produces through sunlight exposure and is therefore efficiently absorbed. The vitamin D3 in these softgels comes from wool of living sheep in Australia and New Zealand, which provides a reliable source.
Vitamin K2 in the active MK-7 form
Vitamin K2 appears in several forms labeled MK-4 through MK-14. These softgels use menaquinone-7 (MK-7), the most stable and well absorbed form. Vitamin K1 remains active in the body for only a few hours, while MK-7 remains active for more than 72 hours. This duration allows effective distribution to bones, blood vessels, and other tissues.
100 percent naturally produced vitamin K2
The vitamin K2 comes from natural fermentation using Bacillus subtilis natto. Standardization ensures each softgel contains 40 mcg vitamin K2 MK-7, which provides consistent quality and dosing.
MCT oil supports vitamin absorption
Vitamins D3 and K2 are fat-soluble and absorb better when dissolved in oil. These softgels use MCT oil as carrier oil. This oil digests easily and supports fast and efficient vitamin absorption.
