Highly dosed omega 3 fish oil for athletes

EPA and DHA support heart function, help maintain healthy blood pressure, and support healthy triglyceride levels. This matters for athletes. DHA also supports brain function and helps maintain normal vision. Visolie Sport capsules provide 1120 mg omega 3 per serving, including 700 mg EPA and 280 mg DHA. This equals a concentration of more than 80 percent active omega 3. The formula includes a high EPA share for athletes.

EPA and DHA concentration above 80 percent

Many fish oils contain only 26 to 57 percent EPA and DHA. EPA and DHA bind naturally to other fatty acids. A careful extraction process separates EPA and DHA from other fats. This process creates a high concentration of these omega 3 fatty acids.

Natural triglyceride form

After extraction, EPA and DHA bind to glycerol again. This step recreates a triglyceride. Triglycerides are the natural form of omega 3 with high bioavailability. The body absorbs this form well without added helpers. Visolie 1400 TG® Sport therefore contains only triglycerides.

Vitamin D supports muscles

The formula includes 15 mcg vitamin D3. Many people do not need extra vitamin D when they combine Visolie 1400 TG® Sport with a Multi Dag & Nacht® supplement. Vitamin E works as an antioxidant
