Suggested use
Take 1 tablet (morning formula) at breakfast and 1 tablet (evening formula) 2 hours before bedtime.

Safe form of vitamin B6
Vitamin B6 appears in supplements as pyridoxine or P-5-P. Research indicates that unwanted effects relate mainly to pyridoxine at high doses. This formula uses only the active P-5-P form in safe dosage levels. The formula contains 1.5 mg vitamin B6, well below the safe upper intake level.
Active forms of vitamin B12 and folate
Vitamin B12 and folate occur in several forms but ultimately convert into active compounds in the body. Conversion efficiency varies between individuals. Therefore, this formula includes active forms that the body can use directly.
Iron and vitamin C combination
Women who menstruate often require more iron. Iron supports red blood cell formation and oxygen transport. Both day and night formulas provide 8 mg iron per serving. Vitamin C improves iron absorption and supports energy metabolism, immune function, and concentration.
