Usage advice
Suggested use
Take one to three tablets per day.
Creatine builds up in the body over time. If you want to see effects quickly, you can start with a build-up or loading phase in which you take five grams of creatine for five to seven days, four times a day. If you don't use a loading phase, it takes about a month to reach the same level.
Stick to the recommended daily dosage, unless advised otherwise.
A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Nutritional supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet.
If you have health issues or are taking medication, always consult your doctor before taking certain supplements. More usage advice.

100% pure creatine monohydrate
Effective and well-absorbed form
Research shows that creatine monohydrate is the most effective form of creatine. In this form, each creatine molecule binds to a water molecule, which improves stability. Creatine monohydrate dissolves well and the body absorbs it easily.
Particle size of 200 mesh
These creatine tablets use very fine and pure creatine powder. An advanced micronization process reduces the particle size to 200 mesh. This means the powder passes through a sieve with 200 openings per square inch. The fine structure ensures a consistent particle size and a concentrated product. The 200 mesh size supports optimal absorption, comparable to creatine powder.
Improving creatine monohydrate uptake
Taking creatine monohydrate tablets with a drink that contains sugar and or protein can support uptake in the body.
Studies indicate that creatine absorbs better when taken with sugars. Insulin release after sugar and protein intake likely explains this effect. Insulin supports sugar transport into cells and also helps creatine uptake.
For optimal uptake, research shows that a high amount of sugar would be needed. Researchers therefore tested whether protein could replace part of the sugar. This combination increased creatine retention in the body.
To support uptake, combine creatine with sugars and or proteins. One option is to take creatine with fruit and Elite Whey Protein.
Creatine monohydrate tablets for convenience
Creatine monohydrate powder requires mixing with water. Tablets offer a simple alternative for use on the go. The main difference between tablets and powder is dosage. Each tablet provides 1 gram creatine, while one scoop of powder provides 3 grams. To match the powder dose, take three tablets.
This approach provides the same science-based benefits with the convenience of tablets. It suits users who want simple and precise dosing without mixing or weighing.
