Explanation of the composition

Usage advice
Suggested use
Take one sachet per day. It dissolves easily in (lukewarm) water, coffee, protein shakes, oatmeal, smoothies, yogurt, and cottage cheese. After stirring, let it sit for 5 minutes for optimal dissolution.
We recommend using Collagen Solugel® powder for 25 days and not using it for 5 days thereafter.
Stick to the recommended daily dosage, unless advised otherwise.
