- Fermentation of glucose. Glucose is fermented into L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine.
- Pre-processing. The BCAAs are milled and sieved to achieve a uniform particle size.
- Mixing. The amino acids are mixed in a 4:1:1 ratio. Purified water is added to create a homogeneous mixture.
- Drying. Excess moisture is removed. A second quality check takes place to verify moisture level and stability. This helps extend shelf life.
