The safest form of vitamin B6 (P-5-P)
Supplements often use two forms of vitamin B6: pyridoxine HCl and the bioactive form pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P-5-P). So far, no side effects have been reported from using pyridoxal-5-phosphate.
Research from Maastricht University shows that neuropathy from high B6 doses is fully linked to pyridoxine HCl. You will not find that form in any of our products. This makes B-complex Actief a very safe choice.
