Nutrition for bones and muscles
Calcium and magnesium are essential minerals that support bones and muscles. You can find these important nutrients in foods such as leafy green vegetables, nuts and seeds, legumes, dairy products, and sardines (with their bones).
Protein plays an important role in building and repairing muscles and bones. Good protein sources include meat, fish, eggs, dairy, legumes, nuts and seeds, and whole grains.
A balanced and healthy diet gives you the nutrients your body needs to support bones and muscles. Supplements can support your diet, but they should never replace a healthy eating pattern.
Glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM: an important trio

Atrimove® contains a combination of glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM. Researchers often study this trio.
Shellfish such as crab, lobster, and shrimp contain small amounts of glucosamine. Bone broth contains small amounts of chondroitin. Mussels contain the highest amounts of MSM.
Atrimove® provides 1750 mg of elemental glucosamine, 1500 mg of chondroitin, and 3000 mg of MSM per 5 tablets.
Recommended dosage
We recommend 3 to 5 tablets per day. If you need more support, you can increase the intake to 5 tablets per day.
Calcium supports bones
Calcium is an essential mineral and it forms a large part of bone tissue. About 99% of the body's calcium is stored in bones and teeth.
Calcium supports normal calcium balance and it is needed to maintain normal bones.
Teamwork with magnesium and vitamin D

Calcium is strongly linked to bone health, but it is not the only nutrient that supports the skeleton. In the body, calcium works closely with magnesium and vitamin D to support bones.
About 60% of the body's magnesium is stored in the bones. Magnesium plays a role in building body protein and it supports the formation of cells and tissues.
Vitamin D supports the absorption of calcium from food and it supports calcium uptake in the bones.
Vitamin C and manganese support cartilage
Vitamin C and manganese both support the maintenance of healthy cartilage. These antioxidants support cartilage formation in the joints and they help protect healthy body cells.
Vitamin C supports collagen formation. Manganese supports normal connective tissue formation.
Vitamin D, calcium, and magnesium support muscles
Muscles are part of the movement system, just like bones. Tendons attach muscles to bones. Together, they support movement and stability.
Calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D support normal muscle function and they help maintain strong and flexible muscles.
Vitamin B6 also supports normal energy metabolism in the muscles.
