Nutrition for bones and muscles
Calcium and magnesium are important minerals for bones and muscles. You can find these essential nutrients in foods such as nuts and seeds, legumes, leafy green vegetables, dairy, and sardines (with their bones).
Protein plays an important role in building and repairing muscles and bones. Foods that are high in protein include meat, fish, dairy, eggs, nuts and seeds, legumes, and whole grains.
A healthy and varied diet gives you nutrients that support your bones and muscles. Supplements should not replace your diet, but they can support it.
The important trio: glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM

Atrimove® contains the trio glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM. Researchers often study this specific combination.
Shellfish such as lobster, crab, and shrimp contain traces of glucosamine. Bone broth contains small amounts of chondroitin. Mussels are a common source of MSM.
One scoop of Atrimove® provides 1750 mg of elemental glucosamine, 1500 mg of chondroitin, and 3000 mg of MSM.
Recommended amount
You can easily adjust the dosage of Atrimove powder to your needs. Half a scoop is enough in many cases.
You can increase the intake to a full scoop if you need more support.
Calcium for maintaining strong bones
Almost 99% of the body's calcium is stored in bones and teeth. This essential mineral forms a large part of bone tissue.
Calcium helps maintain strong bones and supports normal calcium balance.
Teamwork with magnesium and vitamin D

Calcium is closely linked to bone health, but it is not the only nutrient that supports the skeleton. In the body, calcium works together with vitamin D and magnesium to support bones.
About 60% of the body's magnesium is stored in the bones. Magnesium supports the formation of cells and tissues and plays a role in building body protein.
Vitamin D supports calcium uptake in the bones and helps the body absorb calcium from food.
Vitamin C and manganese support cartilage
Manganese and vitamin C both support the maintenance of healthy cartilage. These antioxidants help protect healthy body cells and support cartilage formation.
Manganese supports normal connective tissue formation. Vitamin C supports normal collagen formation.
Calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D support muscles
Muscles are a key part of the movement system, together with bone tissue. Tendons connect muscles to bones. Together, they support stability and movement.
Calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D help maintain strong and flexible muscles and support normal muscle function.
Vitamin B6 also supports normal energy metabolism in the muscles.
Easy to dose
With Atrimove® powder, you can adjust the dosage to your needs. Add it to your favorite drink or mix it into yogurt.
You only need to take it once per day. This can be easier than using Atrimove® tablets.
One scoop of powder equals 5 tablets.
Atrimove® Glucosamine complex is also available in capsule and tablet form:
Atrimove® Glucosamine complex capsules
Atrimove® Glucosamine complex tablets
