Ingredients Base (sunflower and orange oil (natural)).

Explanation of the composition ‡ IE/IU = International Units. IE/IUs are only used for vitamins A, D and E. The exact definition of 1 IE/IU varies per substance and is established in international agreements.

†RI stands for Reference Intake and replaces the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance). RI is a guideline for the intake of vitamins and minerals in particular. RI and ADH are equal in number.

Usage advice

Suggested use 1-2x per day 0.5 ml (see pipette) daily preferably with a meal. Can be taken through food or directly in the mouth.

Vitamin D3 & K2 Liquid Vegan

Viridian Vitamin D3 & K2 Liquid is a convenient, dosable form of vitamin D3, in drops.

Vitamin D3 is a vegan form, from lichen. Vitamin D3 often comes from animal sources such as fish oil or wool fat. Lichen is a symbiotic combination of a fungus and an algae, which naturally produces vitamin D3 when exposed to sunlight. This form of vitamin D3 is plant-based and sustainable.

Vitamin K2 is also vegan and obtained through a patented natural fermentation process with the bacterium Bacillus subtilis natto.
