Organic Valerian 400 mg is a herb that has been used for centuries for relaxation.
The name valerian, Valeriana officinalis, comes from the Latin word valere, which means to be strong or healthy. Valerian is a plant from the honeysuckle family (Caprifoliaceae) and is native to the temperate climates of Europe, Asia and America.
