Suggested use
Take 0.5 ml (see pipette) once daily with a meal. Shake before use.

Liquid Vitamin D3
Liquid Vitamin D3 is an easy-to-dose form of vitamin D3 in drops. Each 0.5 milliliter provides 2000 IU of vitamin D3 from a vegan source (lichen).
Immune system, bones, and muscles
Vitamin D supports the normal function of the immune system and contributes to normal resistance.
It increases calcium absorption and supports the maintenance of strong bones and teeth. Vitamin D also helps maintain strong and flexible muscles.
Vegan source from lichen
Vitamin D3 often comes from animal sources such as fish oil or lanolin. This form is derived from lichen.
Lichen is a natural symbiosis of a fungus and an alga. It produces vitamin D3 when exposed to sunlight. This makes the source plant-based and sustainable.
