Usage advice
Suggested use
For adults: Add one (1) ml (see pipette) to 500 ml of (cold) water once or twice daily. May also be added to food. During pregnancy, breastfeeding, and for children 8-14 years: half (0.5) ml daily.
Stick to the recommended daily dosage, unless advised otherwise.

Liquid Ionic Magnesium
