Suggested use
Take one to two times per day one capsule during a meal.

Folic Acid with DHA
Folic Acid with DHA combines folic acid with the fatty acid DHA from algae. The supplement is intended for women of childbearing age.
Folate status and pregnancy
Pregnant women and women who want to conceive are advised to increase their folic acid intake.
Folic acid supplementation increases the mother’s folate status. A low folate status is a risk factor for the development of spina bifida in the developing fetus.
Recommended intake period
The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 400 mcg of folic acid.
This intake should start at least one month before conception and continue up to three months after conception.
