Suggested use
Take 1 scoop, once a day, on an empty stomach.
After measuring the right amount of Shilafit with the included scoop, simply dissolve the shilajit in a cup of warm water, tea or chocolate milk. Optionally add lemon or honey for a nice taste, and you are ready to enjoy!
