Suggested use
The capsules are small and round and easy to swallow, with a little water if desired. Take during or after a meal. Start with three capsules per day.
Take one capsule in the morning, afternoon and evening. Increase this dosage by one capsule each part of the day every week until you find the dosage that gives the best results for you.
