Suggested use
Take 1-15 drops per day during a meal. Can be taken directly into the mouth or mixed with food or drink. Hold the bottle at an angle and keep it still to activate the dropper.

Liquid Vitamin K2
Thorne Vitamin K2 contains 1000 mcg vitamin K2 MK-4 per drop and comes with a dosing pipette. MK-4 is a thoroughly researched form of vitamin K. This is the best product for taking high doses of vitamin K2, for bone health, amongst other things.
MK-4 is generally dosed in milligrams (mg), whilst MK-7 is usually taken in micrograms (mcg). This difference is due to the different properties of the two forms within the body. As MK-4 has a shorter half-life, it is usually taken in higher doses. MK-7 has a longer half-life and can therefore be taken in much lower doses.
Pure formulation
Thorne Vitamin K2 contains nothing but vitamin K2 in the form of MK-4 (menatetrenone), a natural form of vitamin K2. The formula is dissolved in medium-chain triglyceride oil (MCT oil) for ease of use. To protect the quality and stability of the product, mixed tocopherols (vitamin E) have been added as an antioxidant. The formula contains no unnecessary additives.
Fat-soluble
Vitamin K, like vitamins A, D and E, is a fat-soluble vitamin. As a result, it is better absorbed when taken with a high-fat meal. Furthermore, unlike water-soluble vitamins, vitamin K can be stored in the body to a limited extent, meaning it is not excreted immediately.
