Niacinamide - Vitamin B3

Vitamin B3 niacinamide (nicotinamide, niacin with an amide group attached to it) is a water-soluble vitamin and plays a role in the production of two coenzymes in the body, which are involved in more than 200 biochemical reactions. Vitamin B3 is important for the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, proteins and a large number of hormones, neurotransmitters and enzymes and the energy production in the cells.

Thorne's Vitamin B3 provides 500 mg of niacinamide. Careful use has been made of only the most available form that the body no longer has to convert itself.
