Easy to take
Thorne Complete Biotic is packaged in small sticks: open, pour the powdered contents onto your tongue, where it melts almost immediately, and you can simply swallow. Drinking water with it is allowed, but usually not necessary.

Prebiotics

Probiotics

The postbiotics are a special, heat-treated form of the well-known and extensively researched bacterial strain Bifidobacterium longum. The exact variant is CECT1734 (ES1).
