Ingredients Minerals, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate), cross-linked cellulose gum, glazing agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vegetable glycerin, carnauba wax).

Explanation of the composition †RI stands for Reference Intake and replaces the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance). RI is a guideline for the intake of vitamins and minerals in particular. RI and ADH are equal in number.

Usage advice

Suggested use 5 tablets daily preferably taken with a meal.
