Explanation of the composition †RI stands for Reference Intake and replaces the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance). RI is a guideline for the intake of vitamins and minerals in particular. RI and ADH are equal in number.

Usage advice

Suggested use 3 capsules a day: 2 capsules during the day and 1 capsule one hour before going to bed, with or without a meal.

Magnesium L-Threonaat

p>New at Smeets & Graas (SG Vitamins): Magnesium L-Threonate Magtein®. Magtein® is the only patented form of magnesium L-threonate and is known for its scientifically substantiated quality.

Magnesium L-threonate is a form of magnesium that is bound to L-threonic acid, a metabolite of Vitamin C. This so-called chelated form of magnesium therefore has high bioavailability.

Our product contains 2000 mg Magtein® magnesium L-threonate per 3 capsules. The amount of elemental magnesium is 144 mg.

Magnesium L-Threonate for the Brain

What makes magnesium L-threonate special is that it can function as a so-called ionophore: a substance that helps transport magnesium ions through fatty membranes, including those of brain cells.

Additionally, this form can cross the blood-brain barrier and make magnesium available in the brain and nerve tissue.
