Ingredients red algae (Lithothamnion calcareum), capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, sea lettuce extract (Ulva lactuca), plant mix (coconut (Cocos nucifera), cassava (Manihot esculenta)), garden parsley (Petroselinum crispum), thickener: gum arabic, reindeer lichen extract (Cladonia rangiferina).
Explanation of the composition
‡ IE/IU = International Units. IE/IUs are only used for vitamins A, D and E. The exact definition of 1 IE/IU varies per substance and is established in international agreements.
†RI stands for Reference Intake and replaces the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance). RI is a guideline for the intake of vitamins and minerals in particular. RI and ADH are equal in number.

Royal Green Bone Support
BoneSupport is a formula for bones containing a calcium and magnesium complex from red algae and sea lettuce (Algas calcareas), thus from a purely plant-based source.
The most absorbable vitamin K2 (MK-7) and vitamin D3 have been added for optimal functioning in the body.
These 2 vitamins are derived from Garden Parsley and Reindeer lichen extract, respectively.
New name and adjusted daily dosage
This product was sold under the name 'Bone Food Complex' until July 2026.
Apart from the name change, the product is now in capsule form (formerly tablets) and the contents have also undergone some minor changes.
