Suggested use

The recommended dosage for pregnant women as of the last 6 weeks of pregnancy is 3 grams per day (1.5 scoop). Add the powder to half a glass of lukewarm water, allow to stand for at least 15 minutes, stir and drink. Take on an empty stomach, preferably before bedtime.\r\n\r\nThe recommended dosage for children from birth to 1 year is 3 grams per day (1.5 scoops). Add to warmed bottle feed, pumped breast milk or a small amount of boiled and cooled water (temperature maximum 37 °C), do not leave it standing for more than 5 minutes.
Close the container carefully after use. Finish opened container within 3 months.
