Suggested use
Whisk 1 teaspoon (2 g) with 200 ml of water or (plant-based) milk at 70-80°C (168-176°F) until frothy and green. Never whisk for longer than 30 seconds to prevent the tea from becoming bitter. Avoid using a metal spoon.
Stick to the recommended daily dosage, unless advised otherwise.
