Suggested use
Once daily, dissolve 2 generous teaspoons (8 grams) in water, fruit juice or mix into a smoothie. Preferably take half an hour before meals.
We recommend an intake cycle of 36 days “on” and 6 days “off. This rest period allows your body to make its own collagen.
