Explanation of the composition

| Nicotinic acid/niacin (vitamin B3) can cause a so-called (sometimes violent, but harmless) \'flush\' (sudden blood flow to the head and extremities with a warm, burning and/or stinging sensation). This reaction is transient. |
| Magnesium may have a laxative effect at doses above 250 mg. |

Two-Per-Day Tablets from Life Extension
Keep up your nutrient status with just two tablets a day. In addition to vitamins and minerals, this multivitamin contains the antioxidants quercetin, lutein, apigenin and lycopene.
This multi does not contain calcium. If you have a need for calcium, it is recommended to take it also separately, as a single calcium supplement.
